Reach the dock

The phone number, inbox and dock hours are at the foot of every page and in the plate above.

Phone the dock for

• A load sheet you sent. Give the order number. We phone every new one, so if you missed us, call back.
• A lot’s lab report. Read us the lot code from the product page.
• A delivery already agreed. Timing, address changes, a problem on arrival.

Email for

• Anything you want on record.
• Complaints. Each one is read by a person.

How to tell it is us

We only phone from the number printed on this site. Nobody from CBD Flower Bulk asks for a payment before the order has been read back and agreed on a call. A caller who does is not us.

Our menu today is high-THCA hemp flower, not CBD flower. Smoked, it gets you high and shows up on THC drug tests.
