What the dock keeps about you

We keep what it takes to confirm and deliver a load, and we sell none of it.

What is kept

• From the load sheet: name, phone, address, email, Payment Preference and what you ordered.
• From the call: short notes on what was agreed.
• If you open a dock card (account): your details, order history and store credit.
• In your browser: a cookie that remembers you said you are 21+, one that counts the sacks in your cart, one with your first name while you are signed in, and analytics page counts if analytics is on for this site.

Why

To phone you, deliver the order, keep tax records and answer questions later.

Who else sees it

• Whoever delivers the order, carrier or Local Representative.
• The service that sends our email.
• A review platform, when we use one, so it can send the review request after delivery.

Offer emails go only to people who ticked the box, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.

Deleting it

Email the dock. We delete what the law lets us and tell you what we have to keep.

Our menu today is high-THCA hemp flower, not CBD flower. Smoked, it gets you high and shows up on THC drug tests.
