Before a pound order, the seller should prove five things: the weight in grams, the lab report for that exact lot, a total THC figure, a fair price per gram, and a way to confirm with a person before you pay. Our sacks today are not CBD flower. They are high-THCA hemp flower, and every label says so.

One pound is 453.59237 grams by definition (NIST SP 811). We round to 453.6 g on labels.

Five things a bulk order should prove

The weight in grams. “1 LB” should mean 453.6 g of flower, not of flower plus packaging.
A lab report for the same lot. The lot code on the sack and on the certificate of analysis (COA) should match, with a recent test date.
Total THC, not just delta-9. Total THC is delta-9 THC plus 0.877 × THCA, the sum USDA uses for hemp testing (7 CFR 990.1). A bag sold as CBD flower should show total THC at or under 0.3%. A figure in the teens is THCA flower, whatever the bag says.
A price you can compare. Divide the pound price by 453.6 to get dollars per gram. Our pound price page has the table.
A person before payment. A pound is a lot of money. You should be able to confirm stock, total and delivery with someone before anything is charged.

The date that changes every pound

As of Oct. 4, 2026, federal law defines hemp by delta-9 THC alone (7 U.S.C. 1639o). Section 781 of the 2025 appropriations law rewrites that definition to count total THC, THCA included, at 0.3% of dry weight (Public Law 119-37). H.R. 6500 set the start date: Dec. 11, 2026.

Two things follow for bulk buyers:

High-THCA flower stops being hemp that day. We stop selling it.
A per-container cap arrives too. The same law limits final hemp-derived cannabinoid products to 0.4 mg of total THC per container. The Congressional Research Service summary does not say how that applies to packaged flower (CRS IF13136). A pound of CBD flower at 0.3% total THC holds about 1,361 mg of THC, so the answer decides whether CBD flower can be sold by the pound at all.

State law is a separate layer. Some states restrict or ban smokable hemp, and some ban high-THCA flower outright. We take Order Requests from every state and block none, so checking the law where you take delivery is on you.

What is on our stock list today

Every sack on the stock list is hemp THCA flower, greenhouse or light-dep, sold by the pound and the half pound. Each card shows THCA % and total THC from the lab report for its lot. A lot without those values is not listed. You send a load sheet, pay nothing on the site, and we phone to confirm the pounds, the payment and the delivery.

We bought this name for the store we plan to be. If the federal rules let CBD flower be sold by the pound after Dec. 11, 2026, that is what these sacks will hold, labelled the same plain way.
